Make every moment count.  You only have the 'NOW' moment and, in order to manifest what you desire, it is up to you to take advantage of every moment in your life.

The 'now' moment is all there is.  If you have been procrastinating about starting something new, then now is the time to start.  There is no better time than now.  You can make anything happen for you, just by taking that first step (now) and following through on your dreams and desires.

It is you who creates your reality, and the Law Of Attraction ensures that you can (and do) manifest whatever you desire.  Be persistent, and transform your body and life through the power of your subconscious mind.  If something is not happening in your life, or if what you want has not manifested in your life yet, there is a good chance you are not a vibrational match to that which you desire.

Perhaps your current thoughts and beliefs are blocking you from what you desire to be and/or do.  Perhaps you desire more money in your life, but were brought up with beliefs that money doesn't grow on trees, that you couldn't afford whatever you wanted, that you had to follow the patterns of your parents and work hard for a living, or that you felt you couldn't do better than any member in your family tree.  Perhaps you desire to be loved unconditionally, but were conditioned in a way that love was conditional in your relationships with family, friends or colleagues, that you were not worthy or deserving of love, that you had to be different to be loved, or that you were not very loveable (no matter what you did).  Perhaps you desire to have better health or wellbeing, but you have been taught that genetic conditions cannot be changed, that you are susceptible to every dis-ease that has ever affected your ancestors, or that there is no way to improve your health and wellbeing.Butterflies InBlueCircle

Your body is designed to repair and rejuvenate itself (with some assistance from you, of course).  By providing your temple (body) with the nourishment it needs, exercising it, loving who and what you are, and being mindful about your thoughts, actions and beliefs, you can transform your body to the most perfect version of itself.  The same goes for your life, which should be joyful to live.  If you are not feeling safe and secure, in your purpose and your passion, happy and contented, then it's obvious something needs to change.

At some point, if you want to change your circumstances, you have to make the decision to do something.  This can only be done by you, in the NOW moment.  Every journey starts with a decision to start, and then taking that first step.  In the beginning, you may require the support of family or friends (recruit only the ones who believe in you and what you are aspiring to accomplish), until you feel comfortable about making your own way (and going it alone).  There may never be a 'perfect' time to start, so just make the decision to start, and go from there.  You can do it - I believe in you - you just have to believe in yourself.

Your plan may change along the way, and that's okay.  Different (new and better) ideas may come to you, and you may need to revise your expectations from time to time.  It is important to be open and receptive to messages from the universe, who nudge you and send earth angels to communicate small hints for improvement to your plan.  It is also important to make time for your project, so give yourself permission to do this.  People are so caught up in the busy-ness of life, that it's not so easy to start a new project, let alone complete one.  So, remember to make time (make time a priority) for yourself (to nurture yourself and your personal wellbeing) and for your project/passion.

In making every moment count, and deciding what you want changed or different in your life, ask yourself these questions:  "What's the worst that could happen?" and "What's the best outcome I could possibly imagine?" (think BIG) and "What is stopping me from starting now?".

This gives you a starting point.  Then, do something, anything, to start - it could be the smallest thing - a telephone call, a healing session, something that calls you to begin action on your proposed project.  Whatever action you take will be a positive intention for a different, better, healthier and successful life.

You can easily become a vibrational match to your desires, through changing your thoughts, transforming limiting beliefs that prevent you from achieving your highest potential, and by taking action.  Resistance can be expected, as your subconscious mind attempts to keep you safe (based on your previous experiences, and what you currently know and feel comfortable with).  Remember, this resistance is just your ego getting in the way of you attaining a better life, and a better you, so do what you need to do to overcome any resistance to you achieving all your goals and ambitions.

It is best not to compare your journey to anybody else's journey.  We are all unique and have chosen different lessons and events to experience in our lifetime.  All the experiences we encounter assist in our Soul growth and our life plan.  Everything you have ever been through assists in your personal growth and development.  You are always on the right track, and can take a detour down any other track available to you (if you so desire).

Don't beat yourself up about your past - it's gone, and has provided you with valuable information for your future.  The only time to be concerned about is 'now', as this is the only moment that truly exists.  You don't know what's going to happen five minutes, or five days, or five years from now, so concentrate your efforts on this current moment.  There is no point in worrying about what the future may bring, or how things could have been different in the past.

So, make every moment count, starting now (in this now moment), and take a chance on YOU.
